Speaking at a forum in London, Zelter responded to a question about whether he had a high conviction call by saying that “the reorganizing and restructuring and refinancing of the entire CRE universe, you have to be marshaling resources around that.”
He reportedly added, “There’s going to be some big fat pitches out there."
