In RCN Capital’s Fall 2023 Investor Sentiment Survey, 49% of respondents said market conditions were better than a year ago, up from 30% who said so in the spring.
“Despite higher home prices, higher financing costs, and limited inventory, real estate investors continue to express optimism about market opportunities today and in the months ahead," RCN Capital CEO Jeffrey Tesch said in a statement.
