According to the National Association of Realtors, existing home sales rose 1.4% in June from the previous month, while the inventory of homes for sale rose to a 2.6 month supply at the current pace (up from 2.5 months in May).
“We may have turned a corner on inventory,” said Lawrence Yun, NAR’s chief economist.
