Anthony Brockman, 48, of Bennington, Nebraska, was a US Bank branch manager in Kansas City at the time in question.
Until November, Brockman was a loan officer at Union Bank & Trust in Omaha. He was arrested in Nebraska. His response to the allegations wasn’t clear as of the newspaper’s publication.
