Cheap and available credit has pushed most asset classes higher, and commercial real estate is no exception, with prices and activity reaching unprecedented levels. So reports the Richmond Times-Dispatch.

Real Capital AnalyticsCommercial property sales totaled $193 billion in the third quarter, up 19% from a year earlier and the highest quarterly volume ever, according to real estate research firm Real Capital Analytics.

The first three quarters of this year brought $462 billion in completed sales, another record, Real Capital Analytics said.
