Fix-and-Flip Investors’ Optimism on Housing Market Dims

Individual real estate investors’ worries have grown about the outlook for the housing market, according to a new survey by data company RealtyTrac. So reports MarketWatch.

thumb down 1426814 640 300x300Among investors who buy between one and 10 homes annually, 48% told RealtyTrac they see the housing market as worse or much worse than a year ago, up three percentage points from last year’s survey.

The share of investors who planned to flip declined as well, RealtyTrac found.
