Q1 Commercial Mortgage Originations Sink to 9-Year Low

Commercial and multifamily loan originations in the first quarter of 2023 were down 42% from the previous quarter and 56% from a year before, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. So reports GlobeSt.com.
