Mortgage Rates Climb to Highest Since April Fool’s Day

U.S. long-term mortgage rates have risen to their highest since April. So reports Bloomberg.

That marks the highest level for the benchmark rate since the week ending April 1, as the Federal Reserve prepares to tighten monetary policy.
