Mortgage Rates Drop to Lowest in Four Weeks

U.S. long-term mortgage rates have fallen amid signs of slowing inflation. So reports ABC News.

arrow 98577 1280According to Freddie Mac, the 30-year mortgage averaged 6.78% in the week ending July 20, compared with 6.96% the previous week and 5.54% a year earlier.

The decline brings rates down from their highest since hitting 7.08% last fall.
