Online mortgage lender Better.com has signaled that it is still aiming to hit the public markets via a deal with a blank-check company, or SPAC. So reports TechCrunch.
Better.com asked shareholders in a recent regulatory filing to vote in favor of its mooted combination with Aurora Acquisition Corp., which could leave the merged entity with $750 million in fresh capital.
