Guaranteed Rate has unveiled the creation of a new mortgage technology company, Gateless. So reports Dodd-Frank Update.
Guaranteed Rate CEO Victor Ciardelli founded the new company, which offers a tool suite called AI Mortgage, that uses artificial intelligence to help with document review and filing.
Guaranteed Rate COO Nik Athanasiou said in a press release, “What once took hours now takes seconds and we are able to scale without staffing constraints.”
