Proptech Startup Spruce Secures $60M in Funding

Spruce, a proptech company that helps facilitate online real estate transactions, has announced that it now has another $60 million in the bank.

SpruceThe series C funding round will be used to expand Spruce’s title and residential closing technology offerings.

Led by proptech-focused investment firm Zigg Capital, the funding brings Spruce’s total backing to $110 million.
