Should Mortgage Offices Be Full Again? There’s No Single Answer

Gleb Tsipursky, CEO of consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts, said that while many employers, mortgage companies among them, seem to be going back to the office for at least partial weeks, leaders should aim to be understanding and accommodative of their employees.
