Dallas fintech Backflip has unveiled a feature that it touts as an artificial-intelligence assistant for fix-and-flip investors. So reports Dallas Innovates.

Backflip CEO Josh Ernst said in a statement that “individual real estate investors—not just institutions—[must] remain at the forefront of leveraging [AI].”
