Six Family Members Admit to $1.3M Mortgage Scam

Six members of a South Florida family have pleaded guilty for their roles in a mortgage fraud involving more than $1.3 million on 10 real estate transactions. So reports The Miami Herald.

The mother, Ana Cummings, received two years and three months as well as being sentenced to pay restitution. Her children and son-in-law were also sentenced in a scheme that ran from May 2012 through June 2015, according to court documents.
