'We Buy Ugly Houses' Company Says It’s Still Buying

HomeVestors of America, the “We Buy Ugly Houses” company, has announced that it’s continuing to purchase homes through virtual consultations.

e-->That comes at a time when iBuyers such as Zillow and Opendoor have paused buying for now. Dallas-based HomeVestors has 1,100 franchises in 170 cities nationwide, as the Dallas Business Journal reports.

HomeVestors co-president David Hicks explained to Kiplinger’s: “The sellers who call us are thinking, ‘How will I ever get this house cleaned up for an agent to see it?’ We won’t judge them. We’ve seen it all.”
